• All services are guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please inform the salon manager immediately, and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
• We do not provide refunds on services. However, we will resolve your issues with the services itself.
• Kindly inform your nail technician of any medical conditions prior to your service.
• We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin irritation caused by wax for clients using medication or acne creams.
• Please request the prices for any additional services you wish to receive.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• If your nails break due to a technician error within 7 days of service please call us to schedule an appointment to fix the nails.
